Lundo and the surrounding area
The small mountain village of Lundo is located in southern Trentino-Alto Adige in northern Italy. Situated at an altitude of 764 m, it sits sublime and at the same time very peacefully on a mountain slope below Monte Casale. Lundo offers a wide panorama with views of the Adamello and the Brenta Dolomites. It is an ideal village for regeneration. The work in the Sun Oasis and University mainly takes place here.
If you leave the remote Lundo, in 30 km you reach the lively Lake Garda with its Mediterranean atmosphere on the way you will pass the small Lake Tenno, which is known for its turquoise blue water.

The wooden houses in Lundo – a combination of modern and artistic design elements
The first wooden house
In the recently built wooden house in Lundo you can experience a modern and artistic living culture. Large windows, a clear and simple design with picturesque and artistic design elements enliven the individual rooms.
A theme – the lemon, lavender, cowslip and rosemary – has been given to each of the four apartments. The rooms show a modern and at the same time invigorating and self-designed, artistic living culture.
The seminar house in Lundo – study rooms
A house with three floors
The seminar house in Lundo is divided into three levels: The ground floor forms a public meeting space and reception area, the middle floor is used as a private living area and the upper floor is the space for spiritual work and meditation. The upper floor is mostly made up of one big hall with very complex shapes, which were realised according to ideas of the spiritual teacher Heinz Grill. However, since all the forms are harmoniously coordinated, it gives a very rich and harmonious experience of space.
Naone – Casa Artistica di Barbara – Study rooms in the middle of nature
A house in a large forest clearing
A building with very welcoming and soul-stimulating architecture was created at 1000 m above sea level for study purposes. The house “Casa artistica di Barbara” was rebuilt from an old ruin in 2001 and now serves primarily as a place of study. It is located above Lundo and can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. In a clearing with a total of 20,000 m² of land, in the middle of nature, it offers the possibility to study and work both inside and outside. The natural, artistic garden design of the grounds with different stones is notable.

Tenno – Casa della Bellezza
The Casa della Bellezza – The House of Beauty – is located in Tenno. It lives up to its name, as it is probably the building that has been artistically designed with the most detail, and in the most impressive way, over an area of more than 800 m². The Palazzo in Tenno is a model and showcase for the implementation of Heinz Grill’s spiritual building impulse; it can be visited at any time.
The aim of Heinz Grill’s architecture is to appeal to the senses and interest through forms and colours in such a way that interior design has an inspiring and healing character for people.
The house has its own Homepage.
Located below Lundo in the valley is a large family house, a model of a future living culture.
Common rooms and private spaces are intended to connect people and promote individual as well as connected living culture. Sports rooms with a wellness area in the basement, a large living area with kitchen and piano invite people to spend time together. The house is primarily designed for guests who want to spend their holidays in Italy.
In the beautiful Sarca Valley on the other side of Monte Casale lies the Yoga StudioCasa Cavedine – a smaller semi-detached house, artistically designed both inside and on the outside. Between vineyards and apple orchards, the house is quietly situated directly on Lake Cavedine.
On the ground floor is the living area and on the first floor is a large yoga room. Bright colours, many round arches and glass doors characterise the interior. The garden is artistically designed with stone columns and arches.
